Jacksonville’s annual Chinese New Year celebration is held on the 3rd Saturday in February.  This year’s celebration was the Year of the Snake and started with a breakfast at Art Presence Art Center in Jacksonville for the Loong Mah Sing See Wui Dragonhorse Lion Dance Association.  The talented group from San Francisco had a chance to enjoy munchies by Tim Balfour from TouVelle House and Arlis Duncan from the Chamber of Commerce, as well as art by local artists from Art Presence.
