Belinda, a local artist and active participant in several regional arts organizations, brings a deeply rooted creativity to her work. Having grown up on the Oregon Coast and spent time in the Philippines, Belinda’s early life immersed her in artistic expression. This background has fostered a wonderful brush technique in oils.
