March: Collage

March 8th from 1:30-3:00 PM in our upstairs classroom. Register below.

Join artist member, Dana Bilello Barrow for an afternoon of collage making. Using various torn and cut pieces of paper and a whole lotta glue, you'll bring to life both realistic and abstract creations. If you've never collaged before, fear not- you'll get started with a few warm up projects before diving into your masterpiece. Bring your favorite photos, images, magazine pages, or any other inspirational reference image with you as inspiration. Although paper is the primary collage medium, you're invited to bring small items with you, such as buttons, trinkets, stamps, or anything else you want to incorporate into your collage.

This is a free event thanks to a generous grant from the Carpenter Foundation.
