The Loft consists of five artist studio spaces divided by panels. These panels serve not only as privacy, but places to display art work. Each space is well-lit with at least one window and two electric outlets. WiFi and water are available.

Studio spaces in The Loft are available for a reasonable monthly rent. You do not have to be an Art Presence member, and no lease is required. Each artist has their own key, with 24/7 access.
